1 teaspoon hot chili oil
1 red bell pepper, cut into short, thin strips
2 cups (6 ounces) fresh snow pea pods, diagonally cut into thirds
1/4 cup Thai peanut sauce, such as Annie Chun's or King of Siam brands, divided
3 large green onions, cut diagonally into 1/2 inch pieces (1/2 cup)
4 ounces Thai style baked tofu, cut into strips
1 (10 ounce, 12 inch) whole wheat pizza crust
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/3 cup chopped unsalted dry roasted peanuts
Lime wedges (optional)


Heat oven to 450 F. Heat chili oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper; stir-fry 2 minutes. Add pea pods; stir-fry 2 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Remove from heat; stir in 2 tablespoons of the peanut sauce and green onions. Stir in tofu.

Place pizza crust on a baking sheet; top evenly with vegetable mixture. Bake 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Drizzle remaining 2 tablespoons peanut sauce over pizza; top with cilantro and peanuts. Serve with lime wedges if desired.
